Trust God's Timing, Even When It’s Difficult
📖 Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Waiting Does not Mean God Has Forgotten You
Have you ever prayed, believed God for something, and wondered why nothing seems to be happening?
Waiting can be difficult, especially when you feel ready to move forward. You may become discouraged, question yourself or wonder whether God has heard your prayers.
But remember this: just because you cannot see progress does not mean God has abandoned you.
Think of Joseph. He received dreams from God, yet he experienced betrayal, imprisonment and years of waiting before those dreams came to pass. His circumstances did not cancel God's purpose for his life.
Sometimes, the waiting season develops our patience, strengthens our faith and prepares us for what lies ahead.
Do not Give Up in the Waiting
Galatians 6:9 (KJV) reminds us:
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Don't allow frustration to make you abandon what God has placed in your heart. Continue praying, remain faithful and take the steps God has given you to take.
You don't have to understand the timing to trust the One who holds your future.
A Short Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, give me the patience and strength to wait on You. Help me not to become discouraged or walk away from Your purpose for my life. Teach me to trust Your timing, even when I cannot see what You are doing. In Jesus' mighty name I pray, Amen.
