Have you ever prayed for something and wondered why God was taking so long to answer?

Often, we want immediate answers.
God, however, sees the bigger picture.
What appears to be a delay may actually be preparation.

God knows the right season for every blessing He has planned for our lives.
🌿 Sarah Received the Promise
God promised Abraham and Sarah a son.
Yet years passed before the promise came to pass.
There were moments when it seemed impossible.
But God remained faithful.
📖 "Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee... and Sarah shall have a son." Genesis 18:14 (KJV)
Notice those words: "At the time appointed."
Not Sarah's timing.
Not Abraham's timing.
God's timing.
🌿 Lazarus and the Power of Divine Timing
When Lazarus became sick, his sisters sent word to Jesus.
Yet Jesus did not come immediately.
To everyone watching, it appeared He was too late.
But Jesus had a greater purpose.

What looked like a delay became a miracle that revealed God's glory.
Sometimes God is doing something bigger than we can see.
🌿 Trusting God When Nothing Seems to Be Happening
There are seasons when life feels quiet.
No doors seem to be opening.
No answers seem to be coming.
No progress seems to be happening.
Yet God is still working behind the scenes.
📖 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord." Isaiah 55:8 (KJV)
Just because you cannot see God's hand does not mean He has stopped moving.
🌿 Waiting with Faith
Waiting is easier when we remember who we are waiting on.
We are not waiting on luck.
We are not waiting on circumstances.
We are waiting on God.
And God is faithful.

Every waiting season has a purpose.
Every delay has a lesson.
Every season is preparing us for something greater.
🌷 A Prayer for Trusting God's Timing
Our Kind and Loving Heavenly Father,
Help me to trust Your timing even when I do not understand what You are doing.
When I become impatient, remind me that You see the whole picture.
Give me peace while I wait, faith while I trust, and courage while I follow You.
Help me believe that Your plans for my life are good and that Your timing is always perfect.
