When God Opens a Door, Walk Through It

There comes a time when waiting gives way to movement.

A time when prayer becomes opportunity.

A time when God opens a door and invites us to step into something new.

Many people pray for open doors, but when those doors appear, fear, doubt, and uncertainty can prevent them from walking through.

Yet God's blessings are often found on the other side of obedience.

🌿 God Is the God of Open Doors

The Bible reminds us that God has the power to open doors that no one can shut.

📖 "I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it..." Revelation 3:8 (KJV)

When God opens a door, no person, circumstance, or obstacle can stop His purpose.

🌿 Peter Stepped Out of the Boat

Peter saw Jesus walking on the water.

The opportunity was before him.

But he had to make a choice.

Stay in the boat or step out in faith.

📖 "And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water." Matthew 14:28 (KJV)

Peter experienced a miracle because he was willing to leave his comfort zone.

🌿 Fear Will Always Give You Reasons to Stay

Fear says: "What if I fail?"

Faith says: "What if God succeeds through me?"

Fear focuses on limitations.

Faith focuses on God's ability.

Sometimes the greatest risk is refusing to move when God says go.

🌿 Opportunities Often Arrive Disguised

Many people expect open doors to look easy.

But sometimes opportunities require courage.

Sometimes the door opens to: ✨ a new ministry ✨ a new career ✨ a new city ✨ a new business ✨ a new relationship ✨ a new season

Do not allow fear to make you miss what God has prepared.

🌿 Trust the One Who Opened the Door

If God opened it, He will sustain you through it.

You do not need to know every step ahead.

You only need enough faith for the next step.

🌷 A Prayer for Open Doors

My Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for every opportunity You place before me.

Give me wisdom to recognise the doors You are opening and courage to walk through them.

Remove fear, doubt, and hesitation from my heart.

Help me trust You completely and follow where You lead.

In Jesus Precious name, I pray, Amen.

The door you have been praying for may be closer than you think.

Do not let fear keep you standing outside what God has prepared for you.
